No matter your skill level, this workshop teaches you how to capture amazingly candid street scenes. After a quick review of your camera's capabilities, you will learn how to easily capture people unawares for that natural look.

    • We customize your two hour, One on One experience to your specific wants and needs, skill level, and equipment. Before your session, please email us with your make and model camera, flash lenses, and other gear. 

    You will learn how to:

  • understand light,
  • understand exposure,
  • use wide angle lenses discretely,
  • use telephoto lenses discretely,
  • set Picture Styles / Controls properly,
  • set ISO, aperture, and shutter functions in camera,
  • balance between Aperture, Shutter & ISO,
  • use a wireless shutter release,
  • use Depth of Field to recreate scenes as viewed,
  • use Aperture priority properly,
  • freeze action in a scene,
  • compose in camera,
  • use Shutter Priority properly,
  • become a great storyteller using your camera,
  • utilize the best White Balance setting,
  • and more!
