Field Workshops from PERC Photography School

Arc de Triomphe – Paris

Field workshops

from PERC Photography School cover many photography topics and disciplines. Our field workshops are local to global in nature, and are for photographers of all skill and equipment levels.

In our field workshops we photograph incredible scenery, wildlife in natural habitats, and amazing architecture. We also photograph unique events, performing arts, and interesting people.

Also, field workshops include immediate feedback, camera setting guidance, and moral support from experienced photographers. Many field workshops also include constructive critique sessions and editing instruction as well.

Attendees at our field workshops make new friends, have fun learning, and return home with portfolios that others envy and enjoy.

CAROLINA BALLET PERFORMING ARTS WORKSHOP (423)

SWAN LAKE

We close out our 21st Season with one of the most popular story ballets of all time. Swan Lake is an enchanting fairy tale that tells the story of a beautiful swan princess cursed to live as a swan until she can find true love. Set to one of Tchaikovsky’s greatest scores, Robert Weiss’ version is truly spectacular!

FEATURING LIVE MUSIC BY THE CHAMBER ORCHESTRA OF THE TRIANGLE.

The workshop will be held in the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium at Duke Energy Center in downtown Raleigh.

You will learn how to take the most demanding images - high speed, fluid action in low light situations! By using our shortcut techniques you will not only build a great portfolio of images for your viewing and display pleasure, but also you will be able to apply the learned skills to ANY indoor sports activity, dance recital, play, orchestral performance and more.

The session will begin with a review of the necessary camera settings and photographic techniques, followed by the chance to photograph the dancers as they go through their paces.

Immediate feedback:

Between acts your images will be reviewed and critiqued so you can keep progressing throughout the event.

This opportunity is STRICTLY LIMITED to the first three registrants.
